By purchasing, downloading or using our Davinci Resolve plugins, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Permitted Use

You are allowed to use our plugins to create personal and commercial projects. You may sell and distribute your productions created with our plugins.

2. Prohibited Use

You are not permitted to redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or transfer our plugins or any part of them to third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the plugins, including but not limited to files, code, and associated materials, belong exclusively to Akascape. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights over the plugins.

4. Refund Policy [Non-Refundable Products]

Our plugins are digital products available for immediate download. We do not offer refunds in most cases due to nature of our products. All sales are deemed final once the Digital Products are delivered or accessed; they cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.

We cannot issue refunds if you have already purchased the product and:

• Change of mind or personal preferences.

• Software, operating system, or device incompatibility.

• Insufficient knowledge or expertise to utilize the digital products efficiently.

• The discontinuation, alteration, or unavailability of any related services or Digital Products.

Any form of unfair practices like intentional/forced chargebacks, fraudulent buyers, unauthorized payments, false reports, will not be tolerated and necessary actions will be taken.

5. User Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and equipment to use our products. Before making the purchase, we recommend that you verify the software and hardware requirements listed on the product page.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the plugins.

7. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. The owner has full freedom to change or modify this agreement at any time.

9. Privacy

We don't collect any personal information from our customers, except the email address and other necessary contact details.

We may send promotional product offers via the customer's email.
